The Fleet Technical Manager will lead a Ship Management Team responsible for the 18 to 20 vessels assigned to them and ensure that the ships are operated and maintained to the highest standard in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and in accordance with Roymar's standards and policies. Candidates must have experience with the technical management of a large number of vessels and be fully familiar with all Class and Regulatory requirements for bulk carriers and dry cargo vessels. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of maintenance, repair, survey and certification, drydocking, conversion or modification of your assigned vessels.
