Light-Weight FLOT
Mako DeepWater delivered a new light-weight Flying Lead Orientation Tool (FLOT). The ruggedly designed FLOT immediately went into the field for over 30 days and successfully met the customer's expectations. Mako DeepWater is working on another FLOT design that provides enhanced rotation over the typical 30 degrees most other FLOT's offer. The new design will provide customers the ability to rotate up to 80 degrees allowing for easier installation of heavier and stiffer Flying Leads.
