Dry-Dock Repair Services Wanted
Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) is seeking west coast shipyards interested in providing drydock, maintenance, and repair services for the R/V Atlantis, owned by the U.S. Navy. Please respond by Nov. 1, 2007 to receive a pre-bid qualification questionnaire. An RFP will be issued to qualified contractors on or about Nov. 15, 2007. It is expected that the Atlantis will be available for drydocking on or about Jan. 21, 2008. It is anticipated that the required work will consume approximately 60 days.
